| Power House
came by his name quite easily. He is big and powerful, standing
on strong feet and legs. He has excellent body length and
smoothness throughout. We bought this buck when a friend sold
off her herd. We have a few kids on the ground by him and they
are all long, uphill and have flat rumps. We bred him back to
Dot, his grandmother, and were so pleased with both the buck and
doe, that we are keeping them both. We showed Power House at the
Buck Bonanza last year which landed him two legs towards his
championship. |
| Milky Way is
everything we had hoped for in a home bred buck. He is a tall,
long bodied buck with sharp shoulders being very smoothly
blended. He is uphill and angular and carries himself with a
great deal of pride. We showed him in the Big Buck Bonanza in
2006 and 2007. In 2006 as a yearling buck, he earned his first
champion leg and went on to take Best Buck in Show. At the 2007
show, he won champion in three rings. |
| Dutch is a
young buck that we keep breeding rights on. This year we bred
him to several of our does. He is extremely long and level. He
has been putting beautiful toplines on his kids, especially from
hips to pins. Dutch is very angular and strong in his feet and
legs. |

| I first saw Derby
from afar in a friends backyard and made the comment, "If
you ever want to sell him, give me a call." Well, she did.
He appraised an EX92 (EEE) in 2005, so I hooked up the trailer
and took off. We bred him to several of our Champion does with
great success. Three of his daughters earned their junior legs
before the age of one year. Derby's show career went well with
us taking Champion LaMancha Buck and Best Buck in Show at the
District VI LaMancha Specialty at the Texas Oklahoma Fair in
September of 2006. He went on to complete his permanent
Championship with a Best Buck in Show at the 2006 Fall
Extravaganza. We tragically lost Derby in January of 2007, but
still have semen available here at the farm. |
